TOP 50 Stratford Pensions as of Feb 2008, which include Base Pay. Many of the TOP Pensions EXCEED Base Pay.
Some TOP Pensions are very near, but below Base Pay.

However, none of the PENSIONS compare with some moneys paid to certain LAWYERS who have had continual pay
from the Town of Stratford and Stratford Board of Ed, despite turnover of 3 Town Managers, numerous Department
Heads and Town Councils: before
1998 AVCO preferred Vender Award + 1998 Pension Bond of $ 95,000,000.

> 1995 Pensions Negotiated to be Balloon of 2 two years O.T. to be computated into PENSIONS. Pensions grew, but
NOTHING like the last several years, AFTER the 1998 PENSION BOND of $ 95,000,000. Did Lawyers-Politics steal?
> 1999 Pension Computations recalculated eliminate 60 % Base Pay Hard Cap to 70 % Base Pay Soft (NO) Cap.
> 2002 Town Council voted PENSION OBLIGATION from PENSION BOND ROI to TAX PAYERS=cost $ 85m to now

Below are newer Pensioners, from Jan 2008 (including some top Pensioners) until about March 2009,  .
Initial sheet does not include people who retired after 2 / 2008 = Wonder what Legal Opinion is about
PENSIONS OVER Base Pay?
But then, who has been paid the most by Stratford Town and Board of ED for more than 10 years,
and 3 Town Managers, 2 Superintendents, Several Department Heads among:
                            Police - Fire  - Public Works - Finance - Administration - etc.
Only thing added to the original Excel = Base Pay. Missing 3 from before Feb 2008 + 9 since over
$ 60,000 a year Pensions with the most OVER Base Pay and the rest very near Base Pay.
                     How do these compare with:
SOCIAL SECURITY?   -   Your 401?  -   Your PENSION?

I wonder why I
can not get information requested anymore?   I wonder if the Town Council, who gets monthly information, needs
some plausibile deniability as to why they NEVER make this INFORMATION PUBLIC and why the Administration (Mayor) and Town
Council refuse to put information like this on the Website?

I wonder why Town Councilors and Mayoral Candidates refuse to make and issue for REAL TIME, UNEDITTED WEB CAST, unless, of
course, NONE of them truly wants CARPE DIEM ... to seize the day, on a political volitile issue, that is sweeping the USA, besides the
talk of Stratford?
BELOW will be PENSIONERS after Feb 2008, WITHOUT BASE PAYS.     I wonder WHY FOI doesn't work?
I wonder why
CT. State Police do not raise questions? - I forgot Stratford's Police Chief was former ranking
CT Trooper = Head of HomeLand Security?
Where is the FBI? Bridgeport cohead started as Stratford Police!

NO LAST NAMES - this is NOT MEANT to be use PUBLIC RECORDS for PERSONAL USE, but for Public Education.
I believe the future will bring Federal / State forcing reductions. I would like to people under $ 18,000 Pension & under $15,000
raised.
I believe the Pension Portfolio MAY be able to support a Range of $ 18,000 to $ 22,000 to supplement Social Security, with INDEXING
to whatever existing Pay Rates are negotiated, similar to
C.O.L. A. I believe the PENSION Portfolio should be off BUDGET-run by Union.

I believe ALL WORKERS - ALL PEOPLE are entitled to EARN, if they WORK DECENT WAGES & BENEFITS.   It is NOT Communism!
It is GOOD ECONOMICS = TRICKLE UP ECONOMICS = CONSUMER SPENDING which is is 70 % of GNP / GDP.  10 % Unemployment &
FORECLOSURES eliminates peoples' VALUE and reduces Government Revenue.
Full employment increases Government Revenue.
SEED MONEY from
FEDERAL RESERVE + WORLD BANK + INTERNATIONAL MONETARY FUND is GOOD DEBT

Everybody deserves a realisticly decent way to make a GOOD living and raise a family, if the creatures running the DEMONcrats and
RepubliCONNartists, had a sense of decency and patriotism. But most are government lawyers and graduates of the War Colleges
or Business Program, who view
OTHER PEOPLES children and OTHER PEOPLES MONEY and OTHER PEOPLES PROPERTY and
OTHER PEOPLES LIVES as chattle and fodder! I believe they have INVIDIOUS EGO and LUST for POWER, MONEY, and POSITIONS.

We can honestly disagree on things, yet, for 4 years the
CT POST refused to PUBLISH HIGHEST PENSIONS with BASE PAYS.
YO here they are!!!!  A public service to show the honest workers how they played by the rules and the people supposely overseeing
the PUBLIC TRUST were THROWING MONEY at potential investigators and Statford Attorneys and AdministrationS (favorites)!
> The
CT. POST pushes expanding the AIRPORT with pretext about PILOT & CORP PASSENGER SAFETY, while ignoring: SAFETY of
area RESIDENTS - RADAR would likely solve FOG LANDING ACCIDENTS of PILOT  ERROR, and they NEVER EDITORIALIZE about
COCAINE into BRIDGEPORT AIRPORT or HARBOR?
> I challenge anyone on the CT. POST EDITORIAL BOARD to MAN UP -> FACE to FACE POLITICAL DEBATE!

I honestly wonder if certain FBI + DEA + State + Local Investigatory people and certain political people and certain MEDIA make money
on COCAINE & DRUG TRAFFIC, where our LOWER INCOME RESIDENTS have access to better QUALITY and CONSISTENTLY LOW
PRICED "CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES" than produce like organic lettuce, tomatoes, carots, peas, etc.  Meanwhile perscription Drug
cost ran wild in early 2000s?
> I KNOW many GOOD police in town and the area and have respect for the workers in all government and private industry. But I really,
really, really wonder if ALL POLITICALLY ELECTED AND APPPOINTED Presidents, Senators, Congress, TOP Military, TOP Intelligence,
Judges and politically appoint Managment among U.S. ATTORNEYS / State Prosecutors and all the State and Local Party bosses feed
on  WAR, WEAPONS TRAFFIC, MUNNITIONS TRAFFIC, GAS - OIL - COAL - ENERGY TRAFFIC, COCAINE, OPIUM, HEROIN, LABOR,
INSIDER TRADERS = LOBBYISTS > I believe certain ELECTED and others are nothing more than treasonous, criminal parasite
vampires? I challenge anyone running for political office to MAN UP - FACE to FACE DEBATE!
> I believe Cheney + Rahm Emanual among some: DC, Langley, McClean, & etc. are foreign agents: hurt USA more than AL QAEDA!
Geo McGovern=patsy? Geo Mitchell=IRA? Rob Gates=Traitor? I seek NO POUND of FLESH.

I George E Mulligan have made best effort to find
and post Public Information, without adjusting facts.
I believe this Public Information provided, is true.
This is a NATIONAL ISSUE, where it appears political
parties' leaders appear to need to BRIBE friends,
allies, and family who populate government jobs. Why?
