Same Town Attorney had 9 months negotiations with prior bidder KKP for ONLY 3 MONTHS to raise $ 1 Million. They FAILED! Shakespeare negotiations cost Tax Payers, how much? Should the Town Attorney have been full time Town employee in the Town Charter? Why are 235 open Town Legal cases NOT on Town Property and in Private computer? Should the Town Charter have Budget Referendum for Town, Education, Bonding? There is NO Sanity Claus-should we insert? Chairman of first Charter Revision Commission renounced the Town Charter - IT DOES NOT WORK! Town Council can not get timely information or requested information, and has no Attorney for them? Costs exceed Seven Million Dollars so far. Mayor hired Propane Tank company for Long Beach West Cottage Propane Tanks. Why not OPEN the VALVES? Release PROPANE into the AIR for FREE! EPA to move TOXINS inland: 250 acres contaminated ground water? RADAR could have affected ability to safely LAND in SIKORSKY AIRPORT.
